Welcome to The Lunch Lab – where networking meets good food and even better conversation.
This isn’t your usual lunch-and-leave event. The Lunch Lab brings together Tees Valley’s business community for two hours of great networking, great connections, and great bites – all wrapped up in a fun, speed-networking format that guarantees you’ll meet more people, not just stick with who you came with.
What to expect:
✅ A quality speaker slot – with practical, no-fluff insight
✅ Speed networking format – short, purposeful convos with a mix of people
✅ Build-your-own lunch – wraps, bowls, lite bites, etc.
Whether you’re a business owner, freelancer, team member or just curious, The Lunch Lab is for everyone. Whatever you’re looking to build, this is the place for it.
