Julie Burniston, our Goodwill Ambassador 24/25 is continuing her campaign ‘Women of Experience’ to face head on the problem of ageism which is still prevalent in so many sectors and will so many local women facing this in their careers and personal life.
Fact: We get more – not less – diverse with age, so it’s important to ensure women’s experiences are reflected in an accurate and inclusive way.
Let’s talk about this issue, with the intention of bringing change in our circles in the Tees Valley.
