This course aims to provide comprehensive training to foster business growth and development. Here’s a summary of what you will learn:

Course Overview:

Mastering Business Growth Strategies: You will learn new strategies including the tender and bid process, sales cycles, and customer journey optimisation.

Implementing Sales Process Planning: By being able to identify key sales opportunities, you will be better equipped to guide your business through growth.

Problem-solving and Financial Planning: The course teaches you to future-proof your business by planning for different sales processes and handling financial aspects effectively.

Key Learning Outcomes:

Understanding Longer-term Contracts and Business Proposals: Knowledge of identifying potential contract opportunities, analyzing tender opportunities, and preparing service level agreements and key documents for business proposals.

Organisational Goals: Insight into how personal and career goals align with work roles and professional development, including the impact this has on the organization’s vision and mission.

Navigating the Sales Cycle and Customer Journey: Mastery of the sales cycle’s five stages, sales techniques, including brain sales, and effective communication with customers.

Managing Change: Grasp the importance of business change, manage internal and external factors that drive change, and understand different change management processes and the Kubler-Ross change curve.

Creating a Strategy Plan: Applying what you’ve learned to create and execute a strategy plan for your business, identifying both quick wins and long-term goals.

Course Format & Funding:

The course consists of in-person training for 4 days, and is designed for both individuals and teams.

Funded for eligible participants, particularly for Tees Valley residents over age 24.

Qualification Earned:

Upon completion of the course, participants will earn a SFEDI Level 3 Award in Innovation Growth and Development.

Enrollment Process:

Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee you a place on a course. As this course is fully funded, there is an application process to go through.

By the end of the course, you should be ready to secure larger contracts, fine-tune your sales strategy, and have a solid plan for sustaining and growing your business.
