FAQ’s
Am I a mentee or mentor?
– Mentee – Looking for support, someone with less experience and seeking guidance to reach their professional goals.
– Mentor – Someone established within their career, offering support to help someone professionally develop in their next steps.
How to Power Up
– Register for the event as a Mentor or Mentee. You will receive a Zoom link to join the session 24 hours before.
– On the day, log into Zoom for a brief introduction and before being allocated to break-out rooms with 2-3 mentees and 1 mentor (One to one sessions dependent on the number of participants)
– Chat for 20 minutes and then mentors will be automatically moved into a new breakout room for a new conversation. Each participant will experience two different breakout rooms.
