Join us for our bi-monthly co-working/slow networking meet-ups!
This informal, relaxed day is all about co-working and slow networking. Whether you’re tackling your to-do list, brainstorming ideas, or simply looking to share experiences with like-minded professionals, you’ll find a supportive and welcoming community here.
We host these events every 2 months at the back of the café in One Strawberry Lane, Newcastle, on the second Thursday of that month, from 9:30 am to 4pm.
Drop in for the whole day or just a couple of hours—whatever works best for you!
There’s no charge to attend, but we do ask that you book a spot so we can plan ahead and make sure there’s space for everyone.
So, grab your laptop, your notebook, or just yourself, and come along for a day of connection, collaboration, and creativity. We can’t wait to see you there!

About Me:
I’m passionate about helping charities use communications for their cause, no matter how small the budget.
With over 20 years of comms experience in the charity sector across North East England, I’ve had the privilege of working with charities of all sizes, giving me a deep understanding of the unique challenges they face.
For the past 10 years I’ve worked as a freelance consultant with a portfolio of charity clients. I provide communications support – either interim, long-term or project-based – alongside mentoring and training, and consultancy services.
I set up these co-working events in December 2024 to network with other freelancers working with the charity sector across the North East.
